Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask for your cooperation and respecting our time and the time of other clients.
Cancellations 24 hours before your appointment: if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we will charge 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Same day cancellations or no-shows: if you cancel your appointment on the same day or failed to show up, you’ll be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
